What is your commission structure?
We offer 2 different 100% plans. Our most popular plan offers 100% commission for only $299/mo with No Fees! We also offer 100% commission with $149 monthly fee and $50 insurance per sale transaction. We also have other plans which do not have a monthly fee.
What do I do If I have a question or a problem?
All of our agents have DIRECT access to the broker daily from 9am - 7pm, EVEN WEEKENDS! All inquiries are answered within 4 hours. All of our agents also have access to our legal hotline. The level of support we offer is what sets us apart from our competitors.
Does Elite Sales Group do loans also?
Yes! We have the affiliations with many Mortgage Broker business to do conventional, FHA and VA loans. We are primarily a real estate company but realize that most agents also hold mortgage broker licenses. However, due to the recent changes in Florida Financing Laws, to receive any commission or proceeds from a mortgage you must be licensed. In an effort to keep our pricing down, we only work with a select few lenders which offer the best products to our clients. .
What would my NET commission be on a $10,000 commission check?
For our most popular plan (Plan 1), we will write you a check for $10,000.00
. For plan 2, we will write you a check for $9,950.00
.The only fee you are required to pay is the insurance fee of $50 per transaction
Do you have a Graphic Designer?
YES! We have an In-House Transaction Coordinator that ONLY works for Elite Sales Group.

What Does Elite Sales Group charge if I do a BPO?
We give you 100% commission on your BPO orders. We believe that since you did 100% of the work you deserve 100% of the profit.
Does Elite Sales Group hire new agents?
We do hire new agents. The commission structure for new agents is a bit different. For a new agent, the monthly fee is $200 per month or 80/20 split. We offer training for new agents via webinars and also in person.
How much will it cost to join Elite Sales Group?
After selecting your commission structure, you would pay the monthly fee if applicable.
After becoming affiliated with Elite Sales Group, you will only be responsible for your initial business card purchase. We have negotiated deep discounts on high quality business cards for our agents. Our Graphic Designer offers a package for new agents which start at $60 for 1000 double sided business cards with UV Coating. Building access keys for 24 hour access are not mandatory but do cost $35. Keys to the office require a $10 deposit, which will be returned upon return of key.
I am interested in Elite Sales Group, however you are not a member of my MLS Board. Will you join?
We are open to joining new associations/MLS etc. For a list of current association memberships.
Are there any sales minimums at Elite Sales Group

NO! At Elite Sales Group we understand that all of our agents are hard working self motivated individuals. We DO NOT have any sales minimums or sales quotas.
Are there any mandatory office meetings?
NO! We feel that our agents are busy enough as it is. We do not require attendance at any weekly or monthly meetings. We do have occasional meetings to discuss changes to our business and any form/law changes if needed. We conduct our meetings via online conferencing.
Do you have Errors and Omissions Insurance?
YES!!! We are insured with an

Insurance Carrier up to 1 million per incident. You can be assured that we will always carry adequate amounts of insurance.
Is there a bonus for referring an agent to Elite Sales Group?
YES! For every agent you refer to Elite Sales Group, Inc. you receive a $100 CASH BONUS, 1 month after they join Elite sales group, and again every year that the agent remains with the company.

When I close a transaction, when will I get paid?
Commission payments are paid out no longer than 48hrs after the completed file has been turned into the broker, subject to funds clearing. Agents that use our Transaction Coordinator are paid directly from escrow.
How long does it take to become affiliated with Elite Sales Group?
We can have the paperwork completed in as little as 15 minutes. The advancements in technology have given us the luxury of completing the required paperwork in a very quick manner.
Do I have to be located near the corporate office?
NO! We are licensed to conduct business in all of Florida and have agents throughout the entire state. We can complete most of our transactions through Fax/E-mail/Mail Etc. Our mode of operation allows agents to work from wherever they choose and enjoy the benefits of an increased commission split.
Do you have a physical office?
Yes, Our Corporate Office is located 22665 S Bayshore dr #605, Coconut Grove, FL 33133.. Agents are free to use the office or work from home. Our philosophy is by minimizing overhead we are able to offer our agents MUCH HIGHER commission splits.
Are there any advertising requirements?
We require that the Elite Sales Group
, Inc. logo be displayed on any advertisement materials our agents use while engaging in real estate activity.
Who do you use for signs?
We use Sign-a-Rama (305-860-8888). They stock our standard company sign. If you would like to have a custom sign made, please contact them for pricing.
Can I determine what commission percentage I charge?
It is up to each individual agent to determine what the appropriate commission rate is for each transaction. However, we are not a discount brokerage; we are a full service real estate company.
Do I have to use a specific Title Insurance Company, Escrow Office, or Home Warranty Company?
You have the right to choose who you would like to use. We urge all of our agents to develop working business relationships with various vendors to help serve their client?s needs better.
What Type of License do I need?
You will need a Salesperson, or Brokers license, in good standing, issued by the Florida Division of Real Estate.
